Bespoke Design Service Agreement

1. Scope of Curation Services

FILOO agrees to perform custom artwork design and curation services as defined in your approved digital configuration brief. The scope encompasses:

• Detailed spatial scaling and color assessment using client-provided blueprints.
• Preparation of 3D concept drawings mapping proposed artwork to walls.
• Handcrafting, stretching, framing, and glazing of the commissioned pieces.
• White-glove delivery, laser alignment, and anchor installation in the UAE.

2. Surcharges & Milestones

Services are billed in accordance with the pricing generated by our dynamic configuration module. For offline corporate or hospitality projects, payments are structured across the following milestones:

• 50% Initial Deposit: Required to initiate site surveys and conceptual 3D modeling.
• 30% Progress Payment: Due upon client approval of the digital mockups, prior to beginning studio artwork.
• 20% Final Balance: Due immediately upon delivery, installation, and client sign-off.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

FILOO retains all intellectual property and copy rights for digital 3D space mockups, hand-drawn sketches, and custom fabrications created during this project.

• FILOO grants the client a non-exclusive license to display the commissioned artwork within the specified property.
• The client may not replicate, photograph for commercial packaging, or sell prints of the custom artwork without express written authorization.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Service Agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
