1. Intellectual Property & Art Sourcing Copyrights

All drawings, custom 3D models, texture mockups, vector graphic illustrations, and code structures published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of FILOO or our partnered contemporary artists. Users are prohibited from copying, scraping, or utilizing site assets for commercial replication without express written authorization.

2. Bespoke Commission Obligations

Digital 3D space mockups, framing, and dimensional art orders initiated on this platform are validated by formal contractual milestones. Fabrications commence only upon confirmation of initial deposit transactions.

In alignment with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, our refund and replacement procedures are structured as follows:

1. Bespoke Curation Exemption

Because spatial installations, original paintings, and custom-designed objects are created to client specifications (Bespoke Curation), **they are exempt from standard return periods**. Order cancellations or modifications are not accepted once active studio fabrication begins.

2. Freight & Transit Damage Curation

We insure all local logistics and international freight deliveries. **Clients must inspect cargo immediately upon receipt**. If visual cracks, structural scratches, or framing warping are found during delivery handovers, clients should reject sign-off and report details within 24 hours. We arrange replacements or insurance adjustments within 14 working days.

3. In-Stock Collectibles & Prints

Unopened in-stock posters, art toys, or print editions retaining original safety seals and anti-counterfeit certificates can be returned within 7 calendar days. Clients bear return shipping and handling costs.

Your privacy is paramount to our brand. This policy is aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, detailing how we securely process consumer info.
