How long does a custom art commission take?
Generally, custom canvas commissions, hanging sculptures, and dimensional installations require between 4 to 6 weeks. This timeline includes structural site surveys, digital 3D space rendering, hand-painting or casting, framing, and final delivery setup in the UAE.
How should I care for my custom oil and acrylic paintings?
To protect original paintings, avoid hanging them in direct sunlight or under high-intensity spotlighting. Wipe the frame and canvas surface gently using a dry, static-free microfiber cloth. Avoid water, solvents, or aerosol cleaners.
Does FILOO deliver and fit artworks outside of Dubai?
Yes. Our specialized art handlers manage deliveries and installations across all seven Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.). We also arrange crated shipments to GCC destination ports including Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, and Manama.
Are your framing timbers environmentally certified?
Yes. We source our framing lumber from FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) sustainable forests. We prioritize raw oak, dark ash, and organic walnut profiles with non-toxic, moisture-resistant oil seals.
Which payment methods are accepted online?
We support secure online debit and credit card processing through Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay. Apple Pay is also supported at checkout. For local orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available upon request.
